Named by a mashing up two results of a place name generator 'cause I'm far too lazy to think on my own ;D The name also makes me think of Elsa from Frozen + my general personality.

Minipup: If I am entering a pet that is hexed to have a drop tail, I will mention 'drop tail', if the pet is hexed to have am 'up tail', I wouldn't really worry about it.
